Chattanooga, TN (October 15, 2015) --- Chattanooga State will host its 3rd Annual Drupal Camp 2015 on Saturday, November 7, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., in the Health Science Center building on the main campus located at 4501 Amnicola Highway. The $25 camp fee includes a box lunch and t-shirt and goodies. Registration opens at 8 a.m.
Chattanooga, TN (August 25, 2015) --- On Wednesday, August 26, representatives from Ivy Tech Community College, the Indiana Commission for Higher Education and the Indiana Department of Workforce Development will be at Chattanooga State Community College to meet with leaders from the Tennessee Board of Regents, Chattanooga State, Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce and government officials.
Chattanooga State Community College is pleased to announce that Governor Bill Haslam will visit the College on Thursday, June 11 to present a check in the amount of $300,000 toward the purchase of equipment for the Industrial Maintenance Technology program at the Kimball site.

Drupal is a free open-source content management system (CMS) written in PHP programming language. This event is an attendee-driven; completely volunteer initiative catered to everyone – curious beginners, designers, developers, and business owners.

Chattanooga, TN --- The Chattanooga State Veteran Affairs Office and Student Government Association hosted the annual Veteran’s Day Luncheon on November 11 honoring more than 100 student, faculty and staff veterans.
Mike Battery 3rd Battalion 14 Marines presented colors followed by the National Anthem sung by the Chattanooga State Concert Choir. A warm welcome by college president Dr. James L. Catanzaro preceded words of encouragement by veteran Sgt. Stephen Smitley.
On Saturday, November 9, Chattanooga State will host an all-day Drupal Camp with breakout sessions and “Birds of a Feather” – or like-minded individuals who meet informally for discussions without a pre-planned agenda. The first ever event held in Chattanooga is an opportunity to get an overview of Drupal and what it can do. Attendees will get to know the developers and user community in the Southeast region, and hear keynote speaker Josh Taylor of Acquia discuss what problems Drupal 8 is trying to solve.
