Fleischmann Invites High School Students To Participate In Congressional Art Competition

The public is invited to attend the Public Display and Art Exhibition that will be held at Chattanooga State Community College on April 25 – May 1 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.  Note that weekend times may vary.   Additionally there will be a District Awards Ceremony and Reception, Sunday, May 1 at 2 p.m. in the same location.

ChattState Welcomes New President

Chattanooga, TN --- Chattanooga State Community College faculty and staff welcomed new president, Dr. Flora Tydings, to the campus during a reception in her honor this afternoon. Dr. Tydings, the former president at Athens Technical College in Northeast Georgia, is the fourth person to assume presidential leadership.

“I am excited to be a part of this wonderful college as we celebrate our 50th anniversary. I look forward to the next 50 years of growth and opportunity for students and the community,” shared Dr. Tydings during the reception.
