All students must complete a FAFSA to apply for the Wilder-Naifeh Technical Skills Grant, Pell Grant. No High School Diploma or GED required for most programs; however, a regular HS/GED/HiSet Diploma is required for Federal Financial Aid. No minimum GPA. Apply for a PIN at www.pin.ed.gov before completing the FAFSA on the Web.
STEP 2: Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
Complete the FAFSA on the Web at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Complete the FAFSA on the Web Worksheet before beginning to enter your information.
STEP 3: Apply to ChSCC and Declare a Major in a Technical Degree or Certificate Program.
STEP 4: Verify Information on Your Student Aid Report (SAR)
The results of your FAFSA are reported to you in the form of a Student Aid Report (SAR) approximately 1-4 weeks after submitting your FAFSA.

Check the status of your financial aid application using your student self-service account
