Position Description

Position Summary
  • FWS
Typical Duties and Responsibilities

Make calls on behalf of ChattState's Borrower Outreach Program, to former students who are behind on payments toward loans received at Chattanooga State. This is in alignment with FERPA and federal regulations regarding loan outreach.

Required Qualifications

Friendly attitude Proactive and positive communication Basic computer skills 

Work Experience

Not required, but helpful if prior customer service experience 

Preferred Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred 

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

Able to sit at a desk and use a computer and phone

Good work ethic, dependable, friendly, good communication skills
