Position Summary

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

Give presentations/information before the tours.
• Be knowledgeable of the campus for visits.

Required Qualifications

Must be a currently enrolled student in good academic standing.Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable speaking to large groups and individuals.Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.Ability to represent the college positively and professionally at all times.Punctual, dependable, and responsible.Friendly, approachable, and respectful. Represents the institution with integrity, maturity, and discretion.Adheres to college policies and dress code standards.Basic computer skills; ability to use email, scheduling tools

Work Experience
  • Active involvement in campus activities, clubs, or organizations is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership or customer service experience is a plus.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Bi-lingual- Spanish Speaking welcomed but not required.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

Must be willing and able to conduct tours in varying weather conditions (e.g., heat, cold, rain), with appropriate attire.Requires clear speech and active listening skills.May occasionally be required to lift or carry materials such as welcome packets, signage, or event supplies (typically
under 25 pounds).Must be available to work flexible hours, including some mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends during special
events such as Preview Days, Orientation, or Open House programs.Work is typically performed in both indoor office settings and outdoor campus environments with frequent interaction with
the public.
