Patrick O’Hagan, Chattanooga State’s interim director of the Kimball Site and program manager for contract training in the Economic & Workforce Development Division, was recently selected as a member of the Leadership Tennessee NEXT Class III (LTN).

As one of 29 up-and-coming chosen professionals for the third cohort of Leadership Tennessee NEXT, Mr. O’Hagan will grow his professional skills and network with state leaders to address issues of state importance to help build a stronger Tennessee.

“Patrick is an emerging leader at Chattanooga State, and I am very proud that he was selected for this year’s Leadership TN NEXT class,” stated Dr. Rebecca Ashford, Chattanooga State president. “Not only will he grow from his participation, but the College will benefit as he develops relationships with other emerging leaders and forms partnerships that will aid in strengthening our College, our community, and our state.”

Leadership Tennessee provides collaborative learning and dialogue across the state’s three grand divisions, issue-specific education for demonstrated leaders, diverse representation of participants, and opportunities to effect change.
