Grad Finale is a drop-in celebration where students pick up their cap, gown, cords, and guest tickets. Please allow 30 minutes to drop by.

The following offices will be available:

  • Bursar: Check for any holds that may prevent you from getting your diploma.
  • Bookstore: Order memorabilia like diploma frames, etc.
  • Career Services: Plan your future!
  • Records: Check your address and the name on your diploma.
  • Jostens: Order a class ring and other memorabilia like invitations.
  • Marketing: Have a story to tell about your time at ChattState? Let us know!
  • Alumni: Join the alumni association for networking and career opportunities.
     

Designating Someone Else to Pick Up Your Regalia:

  • You must complete and submit the Cap & Gown Pick-up Permission Form.
  • The person you designate will need to know your A# and present a photo ID matching the name you provide on the online form
     

If you missed the deadline to order your regalia:

Enjoy beautiful views of the Tennessee River from the lobby of the Hunter Museum during Writers@Work's annual interview night. Erica Lux, Chattanooga State Associate Professor of English and W@W Program Co-Director, will interview Christian J. Collier about his life as a writer and his experience as a Southern author. Join us at the Hunter Museum of American Art to ask questions, get your books signed, and mingle with other readers from the community while enjoying  delicious bites at our author’s reception.

The Chattanooga State Jazz band presents an evening of jazz standards with mixed ensemble, under the musical direction of Jay Stanfill.

 


All events are free to the public (except as noted) and are presented at the Chattanooga State Humanities Theatre (except as noted), 4501 Amnicola Highway.

Donations will be accepted at the door.
