The Counseling Center at Chattanooga State offers free help through an interaction with a trained professional to current Chattanooga State students, faculty and staff who are experiencing problems of daily living. Counselors are available to assist our campus community with emotional issues that impact academic standing and daily routines of life. The Counseling Center is available for Individual personal counseling sessions which provide a way to gain a better perspective on behavior, emotions and relationships.
Confidential Online Mental Health screenings provide you with crucial insight about your emotional well-being and, when necessary, information on how to get further help through the referral process. In the Counseling Center, the sessions encourage the honest expression of feelings and an identification of one's personal thinking processes in a confidential, safe and respectful environment.
