Position Summary: 

Federal/Institutional Work Study Students (Human Resources)

Typical Duties and Responsibilities: 

Provide receptionist duties and clerical support in Human Resources, Receive office visitors and answer telephones; determine customer needs and provide appropriate customer service, Provide general clerical assistance (typing, filing, copying etc.)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Work Characteristics: 

Knowledge of modern office procedures, practices, and equipment (computer, online employment systems; fax, copier, multi-line telephone, etc.)
