As a part of Governor Haslam’s Drive to 55 initiatives, the Tennessee Reconnect program seeks to locate and re-engage adults who have not earned an associate or bachelor’s degree to attend eligible institutions, like Chattanooga State, free of tuition and mandatory fees while attending at least part-time. This fall, more than 1,000 adult students took advantage of this opportunity by enrolling at Chattanooga State Community College.
Reconnect students may apply at any time. Students who qualify may begin classes during the spring, summer or fall semesters.
To find out more about TN Reconnect, adults ages 24 and older are invited to attend one of three upcoming hour-long information sessions on Saturday, November 3 at 10 a.m., 11 a.m. or Noon. These sessions take place during Chattanooga State’s Fall Open House on the main campus in IMC-124 (Library building).
You can register for a session at https://www.chattanoogastate.edu/tnreconnect or call (423) 697-3346 for more information.
