Pick Up Your Regalia:

• Regalia includes your cap, gown, cords, and guest tickets.
• If you missed the deadline to order your regalia, contact the Graduation Committee for further assistance.
   

Designating Someone Else to Pick Up Your Regalia:

• You must complete and submit the Cap & Gown Pick-up Permission Form.
• The person you designate will need to know your A# and present a photo ID matching the name you provide on the online form.
   

The following offices will be available to meet with:

• Bursar: check to make sure you don't have any holds that will keep you from getting your diploma
• Bookstore: order memorabilia like diploma frames, etc.
• Career Services
• Records: check your address for your diploma and the name on your diploma
• Jostens: order a class ring and other memorabilia like invitations.
• Marketing: have a story to tell about your time at ChattState? We want to hear it!
• Alumni: Join the alumni association for networking and career opportunities, access to exclusive events and resources, and giving back and staying connected.
