Chattanooga State Fine Arts is pleased to present Anastasia: The Musical, with book by Terrence McNally, music by Stephen Flaherty, and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens. “Anastasia: The Musical is the spectacular new musical about discovering who you are and defining who you’re meant to be.” (Concord Theatricals) The musical features ChattState students, alumni, and faculty, as well as members of the Chattanooga community. The title role will be played by graduating AFA Theatre student Kara Mullins. Anastasia is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals. Rated PG for simulated violence and mild peril. Tickets are $15 general admission, but are FREE for ChattState students, faculty, staff, and theatre department alumni. Tickets are available at here.

An Engineering and TCAT (Tennessee College of Applied Technology) job fair is a career event designed to connect employers with students and graduates from engineering programs and technical training programs offered by TCAT. These fairs provide opportunities for job seekers and employers to meet, network, and discuss potential job openings and career opportunities.
Graduating Chattanooga State AFA Music major, Savanna Daniel, will present a solo flute recital that will include works by Telemann, Milhaud, Muczynski, and Liebermann. Savanna is a student of Cindy Solfest-Wallis, and will be accompanied by Dr. Alan Nichols on piano.

Students will showcase their talents, explore different mediums, and network with peers and community members. Chosen by Art Therapist & Curator for Commonspirit Health at CHI Memorial, Chyela Rowe, and Art Center Director, Liza Blair, awards will be selected for:

The Student Art Showcase is also a wonderful time to experience ChattState's new Denise Heinly Art Center. Even if you can't make it on opening day, the Student Art Showcase will be on display in the gallery until April 25. We hope to see you there!
