Judicial Affairs

The office of Judicial Affairs is housed in the Student Affairs division of the college and strives to promote a campus environment that is conducive to learning; safe, free from unnecessary disruptions and promotes respect between all constituents of the campus and community.

The Judicial Affairs Office supports the mission of the college by promoting student growth and development in all aspects of college life, in the classroom, on the campus and in the many opportunities for involvement and learning experiences outside the classroom.  At the same it is important that students understand the expectations the college has for them and that they are accountable for violations of the student code of conduct.

Student judicial cases, involving violations of the code of conduct are handled with a student development approach.  We understand that students make mistakes, and we strive to be fair and respectful in the disciplinary process.  It is important to the process that the sanctions be fair, educational and relative to the charge.  A  judicial charge can affect the student's future and therefore it is important that these matters be dealt with diligence in working to the best solution in a very timely manner.
