Student Photo ID's: Operation Hours
Between May 6 and July 31, 2012, students can visit the Student Life Center to obtain their 2012-2013 student ID cards between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., Monday through Thursday. This abbreviated schedule accommodates renovations in the Student Life Center. Students who are unavailable to stop by during the summer hours can schedule an appointment by calling 697-2618 or 697-4475 or by email at studentlife@chattanoogastate.edu. Regular operating hours will resume August 1, 2012.

All students must have a Chattanooga State student identification card. The Student Life Office provides ID cards to students during normal operating hours or by appointment if necessary. The Student Life Office is located in the Student Life Center which is adjacent to the Health Fitness Center. For more information about student ID cards or to make an appointment, call (423) 697-2618 or stop by the Student Life Office.
To Obtain an ID:
Students must provide photo identification by presenting one of the items below.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid State photo ID
- Original Birth Certificate
- Current Passport
