• $2 replacement fee for lost or stolen card

• Monday- Thursday 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

To obtain a photo ID, students need to provide proof of payment by either: printed confirmation page (From Tigerweb) or receipt of payment. Students will also need to provide photo identification by presenting one of the items below:

• Valid Driver's License
• Valid State Photo ID
• Original Birth Certificate
• Current Passport
