To Search College Catalog:

• Click on the binocular icon on the Adobe Reader toolbar
• Click on the link at the bottom of the page called “Use Advanced Search Options”
• Type in a word or phrase that you would like to search for
• Check a search option in the heading “use these additional criteria”
• You can search using whole words in the document or words within the bookmarks
• Click on the search button
• The search results will display the number of results
• Click on one of the search results it will take you to that location in the document

To Use Catalog Bookmarks on left side:

• Bookmarks are located in the window on the left side of the document.
• If the bookmarks do not appear click on the bookmark tab.
• Bookmarks are various categories within the catalog that can be clicked on and viewed
• The + sign on the left side of the bookmark indicates more bookmarks

To Print from the College Catalog:

One page from the catalog may be printed by:

• Select page in the catalog to print
• File>Print>Print Range choose "current page">OK

Sequential pages from the catalog may be printed by:

• Find the pages to print>notice the page numbers on the bottom of the screen (for example 9 of 120)
• File>Print>Print Range choose "page numbers">type in page numbers (for example Pages from 4-10)>OK
