Records Office

Chattanooga State's Community College maintains an open door admissions policy for all applicants. The College serves students regardless of race, creed, sex, national origin, age, or physical handicap. The Records Office is the official custodian of student documents and academic information. This helps ensure students and faculty that transcripts are being sent, final grades are up to date, and any questions that one may have are being answered.

Our mission is to serve faculty, staff, students and former students by keeping and safeguarding student academic records in accordance with Tennessee Board of Regents policies (academic, admissions, and student). We assist students with admission through graduation processes. We assist former students by responding to written requests to send transcripts to employers and/or other entities enabling those students to pursue and meet lifelong educational and employment goals. We assist faculty by responding to their questions concerning college policy and grading using electronic resources provided by the college.
