Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

The magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) program is designed to meet the professional needs of radiologic technologists for formal specialized education in MRI. The curriculum includes MRI Physics, cross-sectional anatomy, patient safety, site development, MR imaging techniques (applicable to all MR Imaging Systems), patient care and management, pathology, and quality control. This one semester course is offered in two course-credit formats once a year in the fall semester with a limited number of openings.
