Suzette Francis graduated from Howard University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Her novel, Moontime, which took six years and 37 rejections, will be published later next year by Harper Collins. Rules for a Pretty Woman, written in about a month, and sold nearly as fast, has recently been published. She has worked as an auditor and a systems analyst and has volunteered in many civic and service organizations. She lives on Signal Mountain.
