Steven Walker earned the MFA in Writing from Vermont College in 1998. From 1982 until 1991 he served on the advisory council of the Squaw Valley Community of Writers. His work has appeared in Kentucky Poetry Review, Poems & Plays, and Poem, and he has work forthcoming in Southern Poetry Review. Walker currently teaches at MTSU in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
