Robert Houston
Houston directs the MFA Program at the University of Arizona. He is the author of 11 novels, of which Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and one other have been made into major motion pictures (others include The Nation Thief, Chollo, Ararat, and Bisbee 17). He reviews fiction regularly for The Nation and other magazines. He is also well known as a translator of Latin American poetry.
