Helga Kidder is a graduate of UTC and Vermont College. Kidder's chapbook, Gravel, a translation of the poems of Michael Donhauser, appeared in 1994. Her poems have appeared in Louisville Review, Spoon River, Southern Indiana Review, and other journals, as well as in two anthologies. She is co-founder of the Chattanooga Writers Guild and teaches adjunct at Chattanooga State.
