The vast majority of us have been there at one time or another. . .
It’s a little difficult to breathe. Your stomach doesn’t feel so hot. Your face does feel hot even though your hands are ice cold. You’re sweating in the strangest places. Your knees feel weak and shaky.
Which of the following most accurately describes your situation:
a) a mild case of the flu
b) a bad case of love
c) food poisoning
d) speech anxiety
While any of the above may have caused you to feel some of those effects at some time in your life, we’re here to talk about
d) speech anxiety.
You’ve just taken the first step to dealing with the number #1 fear of many American adults – the fear of public speaking.
Just like dealing with any problem, our plan involves two steps
*understanding the phenomenon
and then
*developing skills for dealing with it
This website (helpsite) was created as your guide to a personalized plan for gaining understanding and developing skills.
