    My StrengthFinder Skills

The Gallup Strengths Finder is an assessment tool designed to identify the strengths of an individual within 34 different themes. These 34 themes fall within four areas:

    • Relating - Working with People
    • Impacting - Influencing People
    • Striving - Working Harder
    • Thinking - Working Smarter

Some people have strengths within several of these areas. Others may have strengths in only one area. The assessment tool measures a person in all 34 themes and identifies the five strongest themes. Gallup believes that people are most successful when their work is aligned with their signature themes.

My five signature themes (in order) are all in the area of Thinking:

    1. Strategic
    2. Learner
    3. Input
    4. Context
    5. Intellection
