Residual ACT Test Information
- The residual ACT test is administered only to students who need
the test to enroll at Chattanooga State.
- Currently enrolled high school students are only eligible to
take this residual ACT test by special permission through the Dual
Enrollment Program.
- All students must have an admission application on file before
testing.
- Scores from this test cannot be transferred to any other
institution (good only at Chattanooga State).
- Students reporting late will not be admitted.
Dual Enrollment Students Residual ACT
Information
- Given Thursdays at 12:00pm in the Chattanooga State Testing
Center.
- Students are encouraged to call the Dual Enrollment office
by at least the Wednesday before to schedule the residual ACT
test.
- Students must turn in an application for admissions and a
$15 application fee to the Dual Enrollment office before taking
the test and before receiving a permission slip.
- Permission slips must be picked up from the Dual Enrollment
office by 11:30 on the testing day. (Individual students should
be given an earlier time to come to the office if they have not
yet turned in their applications.)
- On the day of the test, students should bring with them the
following items: picture I.D., $30 application fee, pencils, and
calculator.
- Students reporting after 12 p.m. will NOT be allowed to take
the test and they must reschedule.
