Chattanooga State has an enrollment of approximately 10,000 students with about 850 graduating yearly. The Job Placement Center can provide employers convenient access to these well-qualified professionals.
On-campus interviewing of prospective employees or Cooperative Education students is available to employers.
Companies can list job openings with the Center. Job descriptions may be submitted by email or fax by completing a Job Posting Form . Employers can enter job descriptions by accessing our web based connection, e-recruiting. The Center can arrange interviews at the employer's place of business or on campus.
The Center also assists employers with locating summer or part-time employees. The Center provides access to a large applicant pool because the majority of Chattanooga State students desire to work while attending school.
The Center also provides forums in which employers can present to students information about their companies and career opportunities. Companies can arrange individual forums, or they can participate in the college-wide Career Day which is held in the Spring.
Cooperative Education students work part-time allowing employers to observe the performance on the job before possible permanent employment.
