SUPERVISORY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

 Admission to this program is limited to current supervisors or managers and employees who have been identified as potential supervisors. Classes consist of the presentation of business theories followed by management practitioners and consultants leading discussions and activities related to the application of business theories in the “real world.” Co-sponsored by the Chattanooga Manufacturers’ Association, most of the students enrolled in this two semester program are sponsored by their employers.
