Contracts must conform to TBR Policy and Guidelines, specifically Policy 1:03:02:10, Approval of Agreements, and Guideline, G-030, Contracts and Agreements (www.tbr.state.tn.us) and Chattanooga State Policy (Section 12, Employee Handbook, online at csweb). Additionally contracts for purchases must comply with both TBR Purchasing Policy and Procedure, 4:02:10:00 and Chattanooga State Policy and Procedures. Contracts require the signature of the President. Each proposed contract must be accompanied by a "Contract Approval/Routing Form", and when applicable, Bid documentation or a "Justification for Non-competitive Purchases and Contracts $5,000.00 and Above" form.
