Michele Arpin brings more than twenty years of management experience to the classroom. As Director of Operations for an Internet-based company, Michele oversaw customer service, marketing, inside sales, sales support, billing and collections. She earned her BA in Ethics and Political Philosophy from Brown University and earned her MBA in Marketing and Management from Rollins College. Michele has experience teaching online and in the classroom. Michele is experienced with curriculum development and has created courses in management and marketing for several colleges and universities.
Jake Stanford has lived in Chattanooga for the past 3 ½ years while working as an operational auditor within the Office of Inspector General for the Tennessee Valley Authority. Jake earned his BS degree in English at the University of Alabama and earned his MBA from University of Alabama. While in graduate school, Jake taught business communications which began his interest in teaching at the college level. He is very excited about starting his new career at Chattanooga State!
