Admissions Checklist

The Respiratory Care Program uses a competitive application process to select each class. Please refer to the admissions checklist in the Respiratory Care brochure for information regarding the application process.

  1. Submit a complete application to be admitted to Chattanooga State Community College.
  2. Submit an Allied Health Application
  3. Submit official transcripts from all colleges previously attended to the Allied Health Applications Coordinator. Please do not ask the Chattanooga State Admission Office to forward a copy of your transcript to Allied Health.(Transcript Request form)
  4. Register to take the TEAS: TEAS Registration form, TEAS Information Sheet, TEAS Interpretation Sheet  

The deadline for priority consideration for this program is May 15th each year.
