Step 1:

- Which Application Type Should I Choose?
- Apply Online
- By Mail: Complete Application Form
- In Person: Come to the main campus or any Chattanooga State campus.
Step 2:
- Complete Financial Aid Application, if you are requesting financial aid.
Step 3:
- Schedule Placement Testing, if applicable call the Testing Center at 423.697.3367
Step 4:
- Submit Applicable Transcripts and Test Scores
Step 5:

Submit Applicable Health Forms
- Certificate of Immunization
- Hepatitis B Form for students under the age of 18 years old
