• 300-seat theatre with state-of-the-art lighting and sound equipment housing the Chattanooga State Repertory Theatre, and Actors Equity Association (AEA) guest-artist-theatre which presents two main-stage productions per year.
• Movement studio with floating floor which also serves as a 40-seat black-box theatre.

The campus is located along the Tennessee River.

The entrance to the theatre complex is an outdoor sculpture museum with works from noted artists from around the world
