Chattanooga State Sequatchie Valley

Advisement – Basic advisement is available during business hours. Staff and faculty are at the site to help students and potential students choose classes each semester. If more help is needed, students may contact the Advisement Office on the main campus.

Registration – Students may register for classes to be taken at any site, not just the Sequatchie site. Registration forms are available for students to sign. Their choices can be entered into the computer at the site also. For general info, click on Registration.

Fee Payment – Students may pay by cash or check for admission, registration, late fees and most textbooks on site. Fees can be paid via credit card by logging into Banner.  Deferred fee payment is available allowing students to pay 1/2 up front and the rest in two monthly installments.

Financial Aid – Students may pick up and return financial aid forms on site. However, students who need help with the forms or have questions about their eligibility should call the Financial Aid Office at 697-4402.

Testing – Students may take placement tests and some other tests at the site.  Staff can proctor tests for video, online, and RODP classes.

Center for Distributed Education – Students may sign up, take tests and receive and send materials for Center for Distributed Education classes at the site.

Textbook purchases –  Books can be purchased at the Bookstore at the Chattanooga campus.
