Call the Customer Response Center at (423) 697-4404
or 1-866-547-3733 between the hours of 8 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday and 8 am - 4:30 pm on Fridays.

The CRC will verify your identity and transfer you to Computer Services who will change your email password.

You are encouraged to change your password ASAP and set up your Forgot Password question.
