The Business & Community Development Center

Chattanooga State’s Business & Community Development Center (BCDC) is the primary provider of customized training needs for business, industry, and government in the Chattanooga areas.

The BCDC’s customized training programs are designed to strengthen the work force, increase managerial effectiveness, enhance productivity and increase profitability, making it an important partner in our community’s economic development.

Each BCDC program, seminar and workshop meets the specific needs of business. Whether the service required is needs assessment, professional training, and/or customized solution, each program is developed through information each business provides. The BCDC has, in fact, already designed programs and services that can easily be adapted to and provided at a company, with training materials custom designed and adapted to the individual company’s operations.

The BCDC staff and faculty are highly-qualified professionals with extensive backgrounds in business and education. The staff and faculty stress innovation and have produced impressive results.
